Jesse Johnston

Jesse Johnston, 21, died Saturday, November 18, 2006 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born September 20, 1985 in Pella, Iowa.
Jesse was full of life, fun-loving and very outgoing. Jesse’s big smile warmed the hearts of everyone he met. He enjoyed Sprint Car Racing and was a member of a pit crew, racing four wheelers and fishing. He loved truck driving. Most of all Jesse was a true friend to many and the World’s Best Brother!!
He is survived by his mother, Janeen (Larry) Marchant, his father Rich (Kelly) Johnston, his sisters, Tiffany Johnston, Macy and Shelby and his brother, Logan. Also his grandparents, John and Janice Brouwer, great-grandmother, Charlotte LeRette, and many, many more loving family members and friends. Jesse was preceded in death by his grandparents, Buck and Martha Johnston.
Visitation will be Friday from 5pm – 8pm at Berean Assembly of God Church, 5225 Maple Drive, Des Moines. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church with burial to follow at the Waveland Cemetery in Prairie City, Iowa.
The family has entrusted Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens with arrangements.
