Service Details
Delores Terry, 81, passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at Altoona Nursing and Rehab in Altoona, Iowa. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines, Iowa.
Delores was born September 25, 1932 to Lillian and Glenn Shelburg in Des Moines, Iowa. She enjoyed country music, collecting porcelain dolls, and had a great sense of humor.
Delores is survived by four nephews and one niece; and several great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest; and her brothers: Bob Shelburg, Sr., and Larry Shelburg.

Sorry for the loss of Delores. I lived in the same apt complex as her until she moved to nursing home in Altoona. I will always remember her. I helped take her to the store and go on errands. Even helped her when she moved to Indianola to be near her boyfriend.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Delores at the nursing home and she made my day whenever I got to work with her. She always made me smile, and I will never forget her smile. God bless.
