Frank Adkins

Frank Adkins, 66, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Frank was born April 26, 1946, to Clarence and Anna Adkins, in Taopi, Minnesota.
Frank married the love of his life, Wanda on June 5, 1965. Frank was a hard worker and someone you could depend on. Frank always stated how proud he was of his family, as they were an extension of him. Frank retired from Cargill after 22 years of service. Frank enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, and family vacations to Tennessee.
Frank is survived by his wife, Wanda; children, Paula (Marty) Campbell, John (Amelia) Adkins, Amanda (Brandon) Brawdy; and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Bryan William, and three brothers.
A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 6 pm, on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW. A private family burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
