Ah, the memories! Dave was a wonderful and kind person with a huge heart. Even living with his girlfriend (Lesa), her daughter (Dani) and then allowing his girlfriend's crazy new roommate (me) to move in, he was still a happy man. Don't know how, but he was. He is smiling down on us now.

Dave was an amazing character and generous soul who will be greatly missed. He was a tremendous help when we were moving last year, helping Mary with our house while I was off in Oregon with a new job. One memory to relate -- I was helping coach kiddie soccer one year with Dave. Before one of the games we found out that the opposing team was an all-girl team, and so before the game Dave counseled our guys to take it easy on the girls and to not run up the score. Then the girls' team crushed us!
