Donn Howard Sanderman, 77, passed away Friday, September 7, 2012, at Taylor Hospice House.
Donn was born January 6, 1935, in Early, Iowa, to Howard and Evelyn Sanderman. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Donn was a salesman for Gordon Wholesale for many years. He had been a member of First Lutheran Church.
Donn is survived by his wife, Desney; sons, Mike Vandermark and Tony (Jennifer) Sanderman; daughters, Nicole (George) King and Andrea Sanderman; brother, Ron (Nancy) Sanderman; grandchildren, Chad, Amber, Aaron, Michael, Benny, Patience, Robby, Jacob, and Kiera; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Dale Sanderman.
The family will greet friends beginning at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 11, 2012, followed by a funeral service at 2:30 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.

I will miss Uncle Donn. He always had a smile on his face and a good attitude. He was a caring person who had the ability to make people laugh. My Dad told many stories about he and Donn growing up, and I'm sure they are discussing those stories right now!
