June McClintock

June D. McClintock, 82 died Friday, June 8, 2007 at the Kavanaugh Hospice House on Grand. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM Wednesday, June 13th at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 S.W. 9th Street.
June was born March 31, 1925 to Charles and Inez Hollister. She grew up in Fort Dodge, IA. She was in the Delta Zeta Sorority at the University of Minnesota. She then went on to become a women’s clothing buyer for Younkers and also worked and retired from Madeline Shepard. She was also a T.T.T. member. She was quite the Cubs fan, and loved playing cards, crossword puzzles, reading, baking and spoiling her grandchildren.
June is survived by her son, Jeff (Sarah); her grandchildren, Clair, Duncan, Miles and Kaylee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene.
