Terry Slaybaugh

Terry Lee Slaybaugh, 61, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Methodist Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.

Terry was born October 30, 1950 in Redfield, Iowa to Unece (Larsen) and Loren Dean Slaybaugh. He grew up in Des Moines and married Patricia Kay Orman on June 5, 1982. Terry enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working on bikes.

Terry is survived by his wife, Pat; siblings, Kathy, Steve, Michael, and Tom Slaybaugh; mother in law, Lola Orman; sisters in law, Sandy Briggs and Joann; and his pet dogs, Peanut and Rufus. He is preceded in death by his parents; uncle, John; aunt, Helen; and cousin, Glen.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Terry.
