Damien De Jesus Schaff-Ledezma born on November 26, 2011 went to heaven on December 4, 2011. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines.

Left to cherish Damien’s memory are his parents, Kiana Schaff and Jorge Ledezma; grandparents, Teresa and Montgomery Schaff; grandfather, Jesus Ledezma, grandmother, Alma D. Bustos Gayton; great-grandmothers, Ruby Peek, Mary Lou Hopkins, Elvia Gayton, Sandra Castillo; great-grandfathers, Glenn Schaff, Jorge Bustos; aunts, Rhiannon Schaff and Crystal Solis; uncles, Ian Schaff, Chris Peek, Nick Schaff, Orlando Solis, Angle Solis; and many other family members.
