Gerald Reeves

Mr. Gerald Reeves, age 73, of Bondurant, passed away Sunday April 15, 2007 at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home. The body will be cremated following the visitation.
Mr. Reeves was born May 8, 1933 to James and Dorothy (Housemen) Reeves in Des Moines. He was a lifelong Des Moines resident and worked as an auto mechanic for many years. Mr. Reeves was a member of Grace Wesleyan Church.
Mr. Reeves is survived by his wife, Beverly; daughter Valerie (William) Caraway; sisters, Donna (Lester) Wright, Mary Meyer and Susie (Don) Joyce; and his brother, Bruce Reeves. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Phillip and sister, Cheryl.
