I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Mikey sounded like he was a wonderful person and no doubt that makes it so hard to deal with his loss. I would like to share something that has brought me much comfort. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that God will wipe away tears, pain, sorrow and even death. Also Jesus promised in John 5:28,29 that there would be a resurrection of those that we have lost in death. I hope these thoughts bring you as much comfort as they have brought me. If you would like to know more feel free to contact me.
Again accept my deepest sympathy.

AH, Mikey...You're gone too soon.
Mikey and my son "Petey" grew up together....I remember him as always smiling and always ready to help or be of service. I loved him. He was like a 2nd son. Happy, mischievious, playful and full of life. I just found a picture of Mikey and my son at age 15. The picture is as I remember him to be....I will miss you Mikey and I send my prayers and love to your family and all who share in the sadness of your passing. You're with the angels now and I will continue to remember you always in my prayers....
Thank you Jesus for Mikey's life.

My sympathies to the Higgins family. Mikey was a very special person and I am so glad I could call him a friend. I have many many memories of Mikey dating back over 20 years. He was just one of those guys you could never hate no matter how much talking your ear off he did. :) I will miss him and his passion for living life to the fullest. Mikey will be forever young. Godbless.

Our deepest sympathy to the Higgins Family and Carmen Martin. Mikey was a precious, loving, happy, funny, smart and giving man that touched our lives in ways that can't be described. He was a best friend and a brother to Deric and a huge support to me during a really hard time in my life. Mikey didn't have a mean bone in his body and I don't think I ever saw him angry. He had a great positive attitude even when his life was at it's most difficult.
We are so proud and blessed to have known him and have the honor of him calling us his friends. We loved him dearly and this pain is nothing like we have ever felt. Our prayers are with you now as you try and move on in this life without him. We pray that the Lord's promise that you will see Mikey again, "But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus...." 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, will bring you some comfort at this time. Heaven will be blessed to have Mikey's laugh!
We love you.
