Hamilton's Funeral Home

In 1913, Lee Hamilton established Hamilton’s Funeral Home. It relocated from 520 East 9th Street to our present location at 605 Lyon Street near the Iowa State Capitol in 1969.

The beautiful, newly remodeled interior offers dignified arrangement, visitation and service options. In addition, our Lyon Street location includes corporate administrative and Advanced Planning offices. The CDP Community Room on the upper level (elevator access) offers ample space for memorial receptions and luncheons, with a stunning view of our State Capitol.
