Wallace "Wally" James Wray Wallace "Wally" James Wray, 89, of Des Moines, IA passed away March 16, 2017. He was born December 29, 1927 in Gowrie, IA to the late Harry and Gladys (McCullough) Wray.

He is survived by his wife, Jan; daughters, Sandra Wray of Elkhorn, NE, Terry (Thomas) Price and Carol Italia of Omaha, NE, four daughters in the Des Moines, IA area, Becky Bowman, Cindy Smith, Connie (Randy) Lippert, and Ann (Mark) Sierzant; his brother, Wayne (Lorna) Wray of Grimes, IA; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a nephew, nieces, and many friends.

Wally served in the U S Army and married Jan on September 30, 1967. He especially enjoyed outdoor activities including camping while living in Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri. He was a member of Capitol City Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
