Robert H. “Bob” Allen, 74, passed away on January 18, 2021. He was born on May 15, 1946 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Bob was an over the road truck driver for 33 years and took great pride in his job. He enjoyed rooting hard for the Cubs and taking trips to Laughlin, Nevada. Overall, he was a dedicated caretaker to his wife Carol. He loved to spoil her and did everything in his power to make her happy.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carol; children, Robby, Michelle, Nicci, Parker and Brian; step-children, Tammy, Davey, Candy and Russell; several grandchildren; and siblings, Goldie McVey and Tom “Cork” Allen.

Per Bob’s wishes, no formal services will be held, and he will be laid to rest in his beloved Laughlin.
