Paul Blaser

Paul Matthew Blaser, 50, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Paul was born October 12, 1968 in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from North Polk High School in 1987. Paul’s passion was photography. He was a well-known photographer in the Des Moines area, helping people memorialize their happiest moments. He enjoyed spending time with his children, playing poker and pool with close friends, and going to movies. His funny impressions, humor, his appreciation for the Earth and it’s beauty, his caring heart, his wisdom and his love will be greatly missed. Paul truly left this world a better place.

Paul is survived by his children, Chelsea, Cade, Gia and Harlow Blaser and brother, Randy Blaser. Paul was a loving father and friend. He was the most kind, genuine, funny, talented person.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Phillip Blaser.

There will be a celebration of Paul’s life on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at his close friend’s Venue, Bash Events and Catering, 1312 Locust Street, Suite 101 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

In remembrance of Paul, memorials may be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars. Paul was very proud of his father who was a Veteran.
