Anthony R. Taylor

Anthony Ryan Taylor, 20, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018. He was born August 19, 1998 in Des Moines, Iowa. Anthony graduated from Johnston High School in 2016. He was an avid skateboarder and an artist. He loved to make people laugh and he had the brightest, warmest smile. He was quick to make friends and loved his friends like family. Anthony loved the outdoors and hunting. He had a great sense of style and an extensive shoe collection that includes more than 100 pairs of shoes.

He is survived by his mother, Carrie Taylor (Rick Hoffman); brother, Brandon Taylor; grandparents, Nancy and Greg Wilde, Ron and Sue Taylor; uncles, Jason and Jimmie Taylor; aunt, Kasee Hufford (Daniel); and many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by funeral service at 12 p.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Anthony’s friends who were his constant support system. He loved you all!
