Edward Lee McCoy

Edward Lee McCoy, 77, passed away on August 14, 2018. A life-long resident of Des Moines Iowa, Edward grew up in Highland Park and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, the Za-Ga-Zig Shrine, and North Gate Chapter No. 417 Order of Eastern Star. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and sharing a good meal.

Edward is survived by his son, Jeffrey P. McCoy; daughter, Melissa S. McCoy; grandchildren, Taylor and Jack McCoy; and his sisters, Roberta Edmond and Lorraine (Craig) Winget. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurine B. McCoy and Edward L. McCoy, Sr.
