Shelia V. Meyers

Shelia V. Meyers, 76, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at Union Park Nursing Home in Des Moines.

Shelia was born December 18, 1941, in Des Moines, Iowa to Nicholas and Julia (McKeever) Meyers.

She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Shelia liked going to Prairie Meadows and was a baseball fan.

Shelia is survived by her sisters, Ruth Gracy, Betty Earixson, and Judy Richards and her cousins, Cecil Ball (Cheryl Oxford) and Karen (Dan) Redling.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Julia Meyers and her siblings, Nicholas, David, Dale, Joe, Marvis, Opal and Jean.

There will be a graveside service Friday, August 17, 2018, at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines at 11:00 a.m.
