Matthew Glenn Bohlen, 31, was born June 2, 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 in Des Moines.

Matthew is survived by his mother, Cheryl Bohlen; half brother, Corey Mitchell; brothers, Michael, Richard and Sam Bohlen; sister, Mary Bohlen; grandfather, Dick Loeffler; other loving relatives and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Don Bohlen and his grandparents, Glenn and Theresa Bohlen and Margaret Loeffler.
