William D. Davis

William “Bill” Davis, 63, passed away at his home June 7, 2018 after a courageous and tough battle with cancer.

Bill was born May 22, 1955 to William and Rosalie Davis in Des Moines. He worked for 40 years at Economy Forms, until needing to retire due to medical issues, otherwise he would still be the hardworking man we all know. Bill loved Rock n Roll, and had the personality to match it. He was one of the strongest men, keeping his head high through whatever challenges life brought him. Bill will be remembered for his good heart and willingness to help anyone in any way that he could. Everyone that knew him, loved him.

Bill is survived by his children, Mark (Jerrilyn) Davis, Carissa (Toby) Thompson, Lacy (Luis) Garcia; the love of his life, Marna Guenther; siblings, Dave and Debbie Davis; and many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Nicole “Niki” Lee Guenther.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 12:00 p,m, at Chesterfield Christian Church, 2556 Onawa St., Des Moines.
