Rickie Eugene Carmichael

Rickie Eugene Carmichael, 62, passed away on February 10, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was born May 21, 1955, to Don and Shirley Carmichael in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended Saydel High School.

Rick loved the outdoors and fishing. He was a collector of many things and a jack of all trades!

Rick is survived by his stepmother, Lois Carmichael; brother, Jack Carmichael; children, Stacy Carmichael, Rickie Carmichael, and Angie Casady, and 7 grandchildren all of Colorado; son, Zach Clauson of Des Moines; stepchildren, Brian Butler, Brad Wadsworth, Brett Wadsworth, and Brandi Dacken all of Des Moines; 14 step grandchildren, and 5 step great-grandchildren.

Rick was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda (Wadsworth) Carmichael; father, Don Carmichael; mother, Shirley (Brown) Carmichael, and brother, Eddie Carmichael.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
