Sheryl Lynne Faulkner

Sheryl Lynne Faulkner, 63, passed away July 23, 2017. Services will be held in Longmont, Colorado in September.

Sheryl was born February 14, 1954 in Benton Harbor, MI to Jeanne (Bunks) and Kenneth M. Wonson. She graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1972 and Ferris State University in 1976. Sheryl worked most of her career as a dental hygienist in the Des Moines area and in Orlando, FL. Most recently, she worked at "Right at Home" assisting seniors in their homes. Sheryl loved her work and was dearly loved by her clients. In the summers of 2012 and 2013 Sheryl worked in guest services at Glacier Lodge Guest Ranch in Estes Park, CO. Her bright smile and helpful spirit was greatly appreciated by guests. In her free time, Sheryl enjoyed time with family and friends, and also loved travel, reading and music.

She is survived by her sister, Janet (Ken) Alford of Longmont, CO; and nieces, Kristen Keronen of Longmont, CO and Karen (David) Ranglos of Estes Park, CO; her brother, Ronald (Gilda) Wonson of Pleasant View, UT; and nephews, Jeremy (Christy) Wonson of Sachse, TX, Robert (Coressa) Wonson of Austin, TX, and Eric (Sidse) Wonson of Brigham City, UT; as well as several great-nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by friend and caregiver, Cindy Jochim of West Des Moines, IA. Sheryl was preceded in death by her parents; and fiancé, Michael Upah.
