Patricia Ann Sharer, 83, passed away on March 11, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Patricia was born October 27, 1933, in Des Moines, IA. She enjoyed spending time working the Saturday flea markets with her husband, Richard. She also like to read and watch TV.
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard; children, Randy (Lucy) Sharer of Danville, IL, Sue (Dino) Eliopoulas of Danville, Illinois, and Lori (Larry) Meyer of Ocoee, Florida; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and many friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; and her sons, John Sharer and Jeff Sharer.

I have known Patty and Rich since 1978 from their 4 C's collectible store. They have been wonderful friends to my wife and I. Patty is one of the kindest and friendliest persons that we have ever known. We will miss seeing her at the Flea Market. May you rest in peace.

By the way, I am Patty's only surviving biological child, and her only daughter. I see that she forgot I existed. Nothing new...even in death she got in her last stab through my heart. Well, at least she can't hurt me now. Rest however you rest, Mom!

Very sorry to hear of this. Always enjoyed when Rich and Patty came in to Collectamania to shop and visit. Have known both for a long time from the flea market business. Our thoughts are with Rich and the family.
