Dubley Nutt, age 58, passed away on February 8, 2017 a Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. He was born on August 1, 1958 in Monroe, Iowa. Dubley was a self-employed computer tech and enjoyed playing video games.

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle’s flight,
The joy of a morning spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need.
Then God combined these qualities.
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called Him… “Daddy!”

He is survived by his loving wife, Julie; children, Bud Nutt, William Nutt, Nicole Nutt, and Daniel Nutt; grandchildren, Daniel, Jada, Delilah, and Irwin; and siblings, Randy and James.

Dubley was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nancy Nutt; son, Dubb Nutt; siblings, Rhodeshia and Robert; two grandchildren, Jena and Hailey; and nephew, Joey Davis.
