I was the office manager at King during Frederico's elementary years there. What a handsome, energetic young man, who brightened many of my days with "Hi, Miss Bobbie" through that impish little smile. While that was many years ago, my heart broke upon learning of this senseless, horrible loss. I send prayers for comfort and love to his mama and daddy, as well as to his entire family and friends.

I taught Frederico, at King. It was a privilege to have him in my class. He was always full of amazing energy. He loved a challenge. He was a leader among his peers. I have seen him frequently since then and he always had a zeal for life. I send my condolences to his family. He will be missed.

I had the wonderful privilege of being Fred's "person" at Roosevelt. He was never my student, but ALWAYS, ALWAYS stopped by my room to say, "Hi," and catch up. I did have the opportunity to work with him one summer at school. He worked very hard! We set goals for him each day which he achieved. I was so proud of him!!! I adored Fred. I loved his humor, his personality, and his smile. He was such a FANTASTIC kid!!! He is already missed so much!!!!

Fred you left to soon. God knows best. As time goes by we remember your smile, remember things that you would say to make us laugh when you would stop by, or we run into you in the neighborhood.
To your family I say Look to God for which our helps comes from. Shed the tears when you feel like, talk with Fred he can hear you. This time that your apart is only temporary, you all be together again.
Rest peaceful!
