My sympathy DeeDee and your family. Bob was such a sweet man with a wonderful smile. I lost Don around Christmas in 1992. You will always remember them during the holidays and miss their presence. God's Blessings as you continue without him.

Dear Starr Family, My folks just called to tell me of Bob's passing. I will always be grateful he was my coach. He was knowledgeable, caring, strict but fair, encouraging--I could go on and on. He was the person who made Wartburg a valuable experience for me. My thoughts are with the Starr family at this very difficult time.

Bob enriched the lives of ALL who knew him. What a talented, kind, caring man he was! I will miss him with his love for sharing operas with us, but also as a tenor in our Walnut Ridge Choir. He often came to rehearsals even when he was not feeling well. What a determined man he was! Love and prayers for D.D. and all of your family.
