Doris Mlynsky

Doris Mlynsky, 49, was born August 24, 1966 in Frankfurt, Germany and passed away surrounded by her loving family Friday, August 19, 2016 at Taylor House Unity Point.

Doris was in Healthcare most of her life, and was truly a compassionate, loving caregiver to everyone around her. A single mother of two daughters, she proudly took on the role of “Mom” to all of their friends she lovingly referred to as “Misfits.” Doris enjoyed gardening and collecting everything to do with frogs, but above all else she treasured time spent with family, especially her beautiful daughters and her grandson.

Doris is survived by her daughters, Alexandra and Vanessa Mlynsky; her grandson, Thomas Goetz; her parents, Sigrid and Harold Bills and Karl-Heinz Vollgraf; her siblings, Gail Ingram, Shelley (Eric) Arendt, Jodi Bills (Tony Guitron) and Debbie Robinson; her sister-in-law, Heather Piore; many nieces and nephews; other loving relatives and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her special brother, Thomas, whom her grandson was named after.

Cremation has occurred and a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Doris.
