After becoming a Christian in 1974, I attended Federated Church for several years. I didn't know Terry personally, like so many people did. However, I greatly enjoyed listening to Terry sing solos, as well as being in musicals!! At the funeral, listening to Terry sing, "Special Delivery," I am sure there wasn't a dry eye in the place! There wasn't a more appropriate time to hear this inspiring message!! I was wondering if the family is planning to have a website, where people can listen to and watch Terry's passion for singing to his Lord and Savior? I believe this would be one of the greatest tributes and legacies Terry could leave us, besides his family, service to the community, and love for the unsaved.

I will always remember Terry singing, "Our God is an Awesome God" for me when I felt I was not godly enough to sing it because I was repenting and healing from what I had experienced. Patty

I wanted to be at the Memorial Service and the visitation. I was having problems walking because of hip pain and I did not have transportation or the approval to be there. But I prayed for you and trusted that all went well. If it was recorded I would sure like to see it and be a part of it. I love you. Patty

I will always be grateful to Terry for standing with me in the midst of opposition. I will pray that your family will be blessed and comforted knowing he stood up for righteousness. Martyr's crown "Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life." Taken from the internet "Crowns in the Bible, Bible Crowns, Five Bible Crowns" God's mercy and grace
Terry stood for missions, was faithful to his family and his church, was a business man, became ordained as a Pastor of Evangelism and he evangelized people.
I have missed you all in this last year but carried on serving the Lord as I have trusted that you have also.

Mary: I will always remember Terry as the ultimate team player. Every team needs that one player that motivates the rest, sets the example, follows the game play that the coach (God) sets and doesn't seek his own glory. Terry embodied all of that. I felt priviledged to be a part of that team and experience the impact that Terry provided every day.

Mary, I know you have so many wonderful memories of all you shared with Terry. Nearly 50 years. Hold onto those memories and remember it isn't "goodbye". It is "See you later". You are in my prayers.

My prayer is that God holds each one of you in His arms, that you may know of His presence.
Terry was truly a good friend over the years that I knew him. One who truly cared and listened. He was a true man of God. I never heard him complain about anything. He faced each trial knowing he was in God's hands. His experience and expertise as a maintenance person was also second to none. I consider myself as blessed to have known him as a friend. May God comfort you all at this time.

My heart goes out to you. Terry sang at Roger's and my wedding, sang at Roger's memorial service, and performed the graveside service in NW Ia. What a beautiful voice God gave Terry. Praying for God's comfort in the coming days and months.
