Margo Heather

Margo Heather, of Winterset, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Mercy Medial Center in Des Moines. Margo was born on September 27, 1943 to Minnie (Mclearn) and Hosea Rockwell in Des Moines. She married Joe Heather on June 12, 1986.

Margo enjoyed fishing, crafts, camping and gardening. She loved working as a bartender. Most of all she loved time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Joe; children, Dawn Campfield and Jim Campfield; grandchildren, Tony Palladino, Austin Palladino, Kari-Ann Campfield and Shane Campfield; great-grandchild, Adriana Palladino; siblings, Floyd (Donna) Rockwell, Karolyn Robbins and Kay McCallum; and other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronnie Rockwell.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
