Barbara R. Moen

Barbara R. Moen, 80, was born March 26, 1934, to Sam and Mary Bushina in Marshalltown, Iowa. Surrounded by her family, she passed away on September 20, 2014.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles “Chuck”; sons, Mike (Sara) Ballard and Bob (Pam) Ballard; grandchildren, Chad (Amanda) Ballard, Misty (Rod) Rindels, Kory (Lindsay) Ballard, Nicholas (Bridget) Ballard, and Austin (Erika) Ballard; great-grandchildren, Devin, Aliya, Irelyn, Dalton, Cameron, Anna, Skyla, Finley, Levi, Zoie, Nikki, and Drake; sister, Lillian Gray; three brothers-in-law, and one sister-in-law; a host of other family and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Floyd Ballard; sisters, Mary, Anne and Blanche.

A celebration of life service will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at the home of her son Bob.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of Barbara.
