Condolences for the Family of
Slim Allen

View Service Details

From: Sandra Crawford

Phyllis, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You and Slim were good friends of many years (and square dance partners) of my folks, Slim and Millie Hayes. Then later on you and I were members and officers of an administrative professional organization. So we go back a long way. If I don't get to the memorial, please know I am thinking of you. Slim was a nice man. I am doing well and hope you are, too. I know you have many happy memories.

Hello Phyllis and family. Condolences. I remember Slim and you both as two bright shining stars in my memory book. It was the Executive Toastmasters chapter. What a delight that you were a part of all that. I smile just thinking of it all. So sorry for your loss. Rose

I'm sorry to hear of this, Slim delivered supplies to us at NWB splicing locations and always talked us into pitching quarters toward a line in his truck. Boy did we ever loose a lot of quarters. My thoughts are with his family.

Slim was a friend at Alamo Palms in Texas. Played pool with Slim and always enyoyed his music and his jokes. A real gentleman and a friend.

Slim made St. Patrick's Day special for our street at Alamo Palms. We even made him King a few times. Great day to be born! When I heard of his passing, I put his CD in my player and listened most of the day. He was a special, kind man and my prayers go out to Phyllis and his family. He's with his Heavenly Father now.

So sorry to hear of Slim's passing. He added a lot to the best things I remember about Alamo Palms. I can't dismiss the vision of Slim and Carl playing pool somewhere in peace. May God be with you at this difficult time. Charlene Peterso

Phyllis, We send our deepest sympathy to you and your family during the loss of Slim. We will always remember him as a kind, jolly person. I will remember Slim from all the pool games we played together. May you find peace being surrounded by friends and family. Sincerely, TJ
